Ronald is a Managing Director with extensive experience in operations, business development, and strategic partnerships. He has a track record of building efficient work systems, expanding collaborative networks, and driving business growth through a results-oriented and innovative approach.
Beyond his professional role, Ronald is also active in the startup community, where he is involved in various entrepreneurial ecosystem development initiatives. This involvement reinforces his commitment to continuously supporting the growth of idea-driven businesses and cross-sector collaboration.
Maria is an experienced Director in the placemaking enabler industry, focusing on strategy, collaboration, and the development of community-based spaces. With strong professionalism and experience, Maria leads the organization's strategic direction, builds cross-sector partnerships, and ensures every initiative contributes to the creation of inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable spaces.
Furthermore, Maria is also the Founder and CEO of Copa de Flores, a weaving brand from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) that focuses on empowering mothers and women in Sikka, Maumere, who are survivors of domestic violence. Her commitment to empowering social and economic issues makes Maria a bridge between the worlds of business, community, and humanity.
Giovanni is a placemaking professional with experience designing and managing various programs focused on developing public spaces and experiences. As Project Management Officer, he is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of each program, from strategy development to building partnerships with various external parties and collaborators.
Outside of work, Giovanni is active in the cat community. His love for animals and this community inspired his next step: developing programs for cat lovers in various public spaces as a new approach to connecting people, animals, and shared spaces.

Jean is a professional in the community and membership space, focusing on engagement strategies and managing member networks. As Community & Membership Lead at Ruang& Initiatives, Jean manages over 2,000 members, designing experiences and programs that foster ongoing engagement, from weekly activities to cross-community collaborative initiatives. Her role not only ensures the community grows numerically but also strengthens its sense of connection.
Beyond her professional work, Jean is active in the dance community, where she channels her energy and creativity. This involvement inspires her in building a community dynamic, emphasizing that every space, both physical and social, can come alive when filled with the rhythm of collaboration and shared movement.

Inge is a professional in the creative media hub field, serving as Host, Community, and Public Relations. Through her role, Inge connects various parties within the creative ecosystem, from industry players and communities to cross-disciplinary collaborators. She focuses on relationship building, public communication, and space management that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
Beyond her professional role, Inge is also active in the activism community, where she engages in social issues and community empowerment. This experience has enriched her perspective on space as a medium for expression, dialogue, and change.

Shafiyah serves as a Space Host, focusing on entrepreneurship development and empowering MSMEs. In her role, Shafiyah ensures the space remains vibrant and relevant for entrepreneurs, assisting them through various programs, activities, and networks that encourage collaboration and local business growth.
Her involvement in the world of entrepreneurship led her to join Growpreneur, a community focused on capacity building and networking for business owners. Through her roles in the space and community, Shafiyah continues to hone her vision to make the space a place where entrepreneurial spirit and innovation can thrive.

Theo manages platform and operations at SMESCO Startup Hub, ensuring every activity within the ecosystem runs efficiently and effectively. Passionate about business and technology, he approaches his work with strong commitment and a problem-solving mindset. Theo believes that open communication is key to overcoming challenges and maintaining productivity.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring business, technology, and psychology, staying active through running and self-reflection values that help him stay curious, balanced, and adaptive in his work.

Ezra is a graphic designer experienced in creating visual works that reflect the identity and character of a space. His expertise allows each design he creates to align with the DNA of each space, from those focused on entrepreneurship, creative media, to startup ecosystems. With a blend of aesthetic sense and an understanding of context, Ezra ensures that design becomes a medium that strengthens the story and experience of the space.
Outside of work, Ezra is active in his church's youth community, where he contributes to creative and social activities. His involvement in this community enriches his perspective on collaboration, value, and meaning in every piece he produces.

Dika is a professional who focuses on operational services in the space, ensuring that every activity and need in the space runs smoothly and efficiently. Through his role, Dika plays a vital role in maintaining comfort, order, and ensuring an optimal and memorable user experience.
Outside of work, Dika is active in the creative media community and enjoys the traditional sport of pencak silat. His involvement in these two different worlds fosters discipline and creativity, two qualities he brings to every aspect of his work in the space.
